The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg is partnering with the Fredricksen Library to present an 8-week program discussing the most important international topics of our day with respected experts in their fields. The fist discussion on Energy Geopolitics will be held 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14 at the Fredricksen Library. The next 6 discussions will be done as online webinars streamed to Facebook. The last discussion on April 4 will be at the library.
Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the DVD and meeting in a Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.
Each year, eight topics are chosen by a panel of experts. 2023 topics include:

War Crimes
China and the U.S.
Economic Warfare
Politics in Latin America
Global Famine
Climate Migration
Iran at a Crossroads
