Join the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg in a special forum to assess changes in U.S. foreign policy in the MIddle Eeast under the Trump Administration with Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Joel Rubin.
Rubin is an expert on the national security, foreign poicy and the MIddle East. He has worked inside and outside of government to prmote American diplomacy to resolve the Iran nuclear crisis and to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He is now adjunct faculty at Carnegi Mellon University's Heinz School of Public Poilcy and Management in Washington, D.C. and leads the consultancy practice of "Washinton Strategy Group."
