The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg will announce the Torch of Global Enlightenment Award winners at the Awards Banquet at 6:30 p.m. May 15, 2014, at Penn State Hershey Fitness and Conference Center. Five individuals and five organizations will be honored, with one from each group being elected as the 2014 Torch Award winners.
The dinner is sponsored by Penn State Hershey Dean's Council of Diversity.
