Dr. Juliette Tolay of Penn State Harrisburg will be featured speaker at the next Great Female Author dinner at 6:30 p.m. April 10 at Widener University School of Law, Administration Building, 3800 Vartan Way. Tolay is Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Affairs. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Delaware and has previously taught at Bucknell University and the University of Delaware. Her research interests include international politics and the country of Turkey.
