The World Affairs Council of Harrisburg and Estamos Unidos de Pennsylvania present the 4th Annual "Our Community, Our Leaders" forum featuring Great Female Author keynote Diana Untermeyer, author of "Qatar: Sand, Sea, Sky."
The organizations are collaborating to sponsor a fundraising event for scholarships for deserving and needy students in our region. There will be a tribute to Carlos E. Graupera.
